The following is suggested language for an obituary or other tribute:

In lieu of flowers, please send donations in memory of [NAME] to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Office of Development at P.O. Box 27106, New York, NY 10087.

Donations may be made out to “Memorial Sloan Kettering.” Please indicate the name of the honoree in the memo line of the check.

You can update your contact information, like home address, email address, name, or phone number, by completing this form. Someone will make the appropriate changes to your account, and verify with you.

When using the Site, we and any of our third party service providers may use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track your user activity on the Site and identify the organization or entity from which you are using the Site.
